Introducing the new standard in ladybug activities
Provide students with an opportunity to observe the growth, development, and metamorphosis of the twelve-spotted ladybug (Coleomegilla maculata), from young larva to adult. Students complete a ladybug journal as the ladybugs complete their life cycle. Along with the journal activity, the kit provides 4 different learning units, ranging from development and life cycle to defensive strategies of ladybugs. To facilitate learning, the included full-color teacher's manual provides or suggests dozens of different activities. Digital resources are also included to help your students learn about the ladybug in greater depth.
