Designed for maintaining dermestid beetles and larvae for skeletal preparation. Includes culture container and lid; dermestid stock culture of approximately 8 to 10 adult beetles, 10 to 12 larvae, and 2 pupae mixed together; food; and instructions. Note: Allow about 90 days (2 generations) to develop a "hot" culture suitable for use in skeletal preparation.
